Gentlemen/Gurus:
Just trying to setup a fax modem under linux. I can use cu -l
/dev/ttyS3 to connect successfully to the modem, though it seems to
respond quite slowly. I'm using HylaFax and it tries to probe the modem
automatically. It automatically tries to deduce the DTE-DEC speed, but I
suspect that my old modem doesn't support hardware flow control. The docs
say that selecting a different /dev/tty? device will cause HylaFax to use
software flow control. Anybody know what /dev/tty? device would give me
software flow control.
