Hi Keith. I remember doing this sort of thing. I recall there was (and
probably still is) a definite size barrier to DOS. I'm a DOS guy, but I'm sure
that just beyond 500M, you may want to create multiple partitions.
Some DOS FS guys will know the exact size in MB. I 'm not a DOS guy, but I
keep remembering it at around 540M.
