Well, you can do this with @home, although it violates your agreement with
them. You can also do this with 'Business Cable Modem' service (also from
shaw) for $150/mo, but I'm not sure if it violates your agreement. To do
this properly, you need a dedicated connection. I'm currently paying
$550/month for a 128k line for this purpose. I believe a T1 is about
$1200/mo. For most people, the web-hosting service is probably the more
sensible solution.
