Have you sent this to shaw's tech support? This seems to be the key to

I just spoke to the local office and they're fully aware of it. Aparently it's going to be fixed, probably in the next week.

One workaround they suggested is forcing the DHCP client to use 24.64.3.186 as the DNS. Is there a switch to do this?
