I worked on a Dell PII 266 machine, proprietary case, they had a large
fanless CPU cooler, and large, slow moving, long blade case fan. Darn thing
was qiet - case fan did not make any noise whatsoever. But it was
proprietary, so forget about upgrading the MB...
